The bed and breakfast comprises of two rooms, one queen room and one twin room, which both feature televisions, ceiling fans, and tea and coffee facilities. The abode also offers guests a quaint garden with braai facilities, enjoyable communal areas, and secure parking on the premises.

Guests can explore numerous great attractions in and around the area, including the stunning Valley of 1000 Hills and 1000 Hills Choo Choo, the Krantzkloof Nature Reserve, and the Kloof Country Club for weddings and golf. The guest house is also 5 minutes away from St Mary's DSG School, Thomas More College and Kearsney College.

My partner and I booked to stay at Park Lane B and B in Kloof, Durban last night. On your website it was advertised as having tea and coffee facilities as well as its own bathroom. We were both quite shocked when we arrived to discover that this was not the case. The bathroom was not attached to the room and there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room. The woman in charge, Joyce, was literally a few meters away from our room and we could hear the tv playing from where we were situated. She asked us if we would like breakfast in the morning but told us it was only available until 8:30. We did not have our own set of keys to get in and out of the house and it felt as if we would have to ask her every time we wanted to leave. It was extremely uncomfortable to the point that we decided to leave and write off the R325 deposit as a bad mistake.

We have stayed at a few B and B's before that cost the same amount as Park Lane (R650) where the privacy was top notch, the linen looked clean and well kept and where we had our own bathroom. At Park Lane it was as if we were staying over in someone's house. The owner did not have the manners you would expect from someone offering a service to a paying customer.

Please could you ensure this problem is . The photos are misleading and the room did not look anything like what was advertised. This was a very disappointing stay from a website that I have used often and have come to trust.
