This picturesque farm guesthouse, set in a large landscape garden surrounded by a gumtree forest, is situated near Nhlangano in Southern Swaziland.


Eleven spacious well equipped double and single en-suit rooms, with bar fridge's to keep your drinks chilled.Secured under roof parking, safe zone with no unrest in area. We provide our guests with heaters and electric blankets for those cold winter nights.

Our units all have ceiling fans and these are located apart from the main house and have en-suite bathrooms. One of our unit is equipped with five single/ double rooms sharing, a sitting room, small kitchen and patio.

Two other units is equipped with two single/double rooms and both share a sitting room and patio. Another unit with two rooms each with its own patio.

There are two luxury units that are more spacious with small kitchen, fridge and own patio with TV in the room. The dining room is adjacent to the main house where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast. Dinners are also available on request.

We cater for conference facility for 10 to 25 people and our services include lunch, tea/coffee, and the after conference party.

The area was blessed with lots of soft falling rain during our stay at Phumula. Though it was mid December, the fire in the dining hall during breakfast made it most inviting.

I enjoyed it. The stay was just too short.

No more then a night stop! by

It could have been a good experience but it was definitively too austere for us.
The staff is efficient and the rooms are ok (may be a tiny bathroom).
We stayed one night and in my opinion this guest house is not worth more.
If you intend to make a stop in Phumula Farm Guesthouse please notice you have better to bring wine (if you want drink something else than sodas or water) and there is no ambiance!

Staff members were friendly and very helpful. However, our rooms were nothing like those in the photos -- rooms were hot and, contrary to the website write-up, not all had ceiling fans. The door to one shower/toilet didn't fit and won't close. The breakfast was at best adequate. We were disappointed and one night was enough.
