Pine Place is a newly renovated secure upmarket 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and great value with new appliances, gourmet kitchen, oven, dryer, dishwasher, wash machine. L-shaped couch, flat smart TV, full satellite connection. Bluetooth ready blue ray surround sound system has been recently added. WIFI connection new beds, 1 queen + 2 singles, en-suite bath with shower, second bath with bath. Pine Place is great for couples, business travelers, tourists and families. The apartment is styled to be comfortable with a modern minimalistic feel and comfortable furnishings. We have recently added air conditioning and fans in the apartment as well as fire extinguishers and a smoke and carbon monoxide detector for your added safety. For those traveling with infants we have added a camp cot for your convenience. Smoking is only allowed outside on the patio.The kitchen is well stocked and in line with ease of use including an air fryer convection microwave and double door eye level oven with touch electric hob and full laundry facility in the apartment. Coffee machine will be on hand. WIFI up to 5 gigs and Satellite TV is included. There is a large communal pool and BBQ area open daily from 9am to 7pm for guest to enjoy on the property. Please note that children under 13 years of age need to be supervised at all times in this area.This is a newly renovated apartment with all mod cons, easily accessible to night life and restaurants as well as shopping. Close public Transport with Bus Route on the corner opposite the apartment block and train station 2 minutes down the road.The apartment is on the ground level so easy access for disabled people is no problem as there is only one pavement step to the apartment. The Apartment is serviced at least once a week with fresh towels and bedding supplied and fitted as well as floors and surfaces cleaned. My agents Sue Anne or Kurt will be on hand to meet and great and hand over keys as well as to explain all relevant requirements and collect the keys at the end of your stay. Limited complimentary coffee with coffee machine and tea as well as sugar will be provided and some basic toiletries.The Wifi will be free to a limit and as my TV is a smart TV Net Flicks and Youtube as well as internet surfing is possible on the TV and preloaded. Just click the smart button on the remote and make your selection. Discounted rental rates for the apartment for long stays are available.This is an upmarket suburban neighborhood for both families and young or older professionals. The area comprises of green leafy tree lined roads with great restaurants and bars as well as branded supermarkets nearby. Excellent shopping and great food and drink what more could one ask. The beaches are a short drive away as are plenty of mountain trails and outside activities as well as many indoor activities like the trampoline park called Rush in Stadium on Main Shopping Center in Claremont only 5 minutes from the apartment.The apartment is centrally located in the southern suburbs with all public transport (buses and trains) and Uber Taxis easily available. Kenilworth is the suburb that my apartment is in and is an upmarket suburb of Cape Town that is centrally located within a 20-minute drive to Cape Town City, V&A Waterfront and our beautiful white sandy beaches. Cavendish Square a premium shopping center and is only a 5-minute drive from the apartment. There are many restaurants and bars in the area within walking distance. Taxi cabs are readily available with the UBER app and the bus stops and train stations are only a stone's throw away from the apartment making it very easy to get around from this location.
