This luxury holiday house is located in Simbithi Eco-Estate. Away from the hustle and bustle of city life, in the heart of KwaZulu-Natal's northern coastline, lies Simbithi, a 430-hectare eco-estate. Simbithi Eco-Estate is a natural, coastal paradise with dense, indigenous riverine vegetation, lush valley wetlands, undulating hills and distant, breathtaking vistas. Simbithi is situated 30 minutes north of South Africa's third largest city, Durban, on the KwaZulu-Natal coast. It's a tranquil hideaway nestled between the coastal towns of Ballito and Salt Rock, with the new King Shaka International Airport only 10 minutes away.

The house can accommodate up to 8 guests in four bedrooms, four of which are en-suite. The bedrooms lead through glass sliding doors onto a balcony with lovely views. The dining room boasts a large wooden six-seater table and chairs and leads through glass sliding doors to the wooden deck area. The TV lounge area includes a flat-screen TV. The modern kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and includes a stove, oven and microwave. The house has a sparkling swimming pool.
