While the rooms are generally well-equipped, bedside lamps and multi-plugs would come in useful. I would recommend 24-hour on-site presence of management

When we left to come home by

Th stay was a total disaster. We arrived at the pre-arranged time and had to wait for 2 1/2 hours before the room was ready. The premises was definitely not the same place shown in the photographs we saw online when booking! The sliding door to the room was derailed and we were not given keys to our room. Laundry was laying outside in the walk areas and the area was filthy. The lights and bedside lamps were not working (did not even have globes or plugs for electrical connection), the shower was not working, no wall plugs were available, the pool was green/filthy and as a result there was a plague of mosquitoes, rooms were not serviced, when we arrived for the pre-arranged breakfast there was nobody in the kitchen or dining room, no breakfast, the toaster was not working, and all night (extremely loud) parties in the kitchen (both nights) made sleep impossible! the whole weekend was a total ruin at great cost!! We do not expect SafariNow to offer this kind of service and are extremely disappointed, specially in the light of our previous satisfaction with your services!

Expected more by

It is the small things that make a big difference and, unfortunately, those were overlooked. Even though the stay was adequate, I expected more - providing coffee in the room without sugar or milk / not having sufficient warm water to ensure a hot shower / etc. are not the kind of details to overlook Unfortunately not one of my better B&B experiences

Comfort by

My expectations were met i.e quiet sleep & bed size.
