Dissapointed by

Cleanliness needs improvement. Support staff cleaning rooms: Cups are washed without soap in the basin were the guest has just brushed teeth? No top up of coffee/tee unless asked for Tea spoon was only available the first day, I had to keep the previous days plastic spoon to stir coffee. 3rd day our bathroom was cleared of the towels the evening on return we had to ask for new towels as there were none. It is disappointing to see that your low income staff can taint your reputation.
