Remember those holidays long ago when kids played in the street until dark; when neighbours visited; when families had their time to have conversations and play games; where moms shelled, dads fished and kids swam all day; with no traffic and no malls. You can relive these carefree family holidays at Rob Roy Sea Cottage which is located in the tranquil seaside town of Haga Haga.

There is something for the whole family to enjoy, even your pets are welcome. The original beach house is only 30 m from the waves and nestled in a secluded cove. The rambling home sleeps 10 people in four bedrooms and it has one full bathroom, as well as a separate shower and toilet. For your convenience, an experienced cleaning lady will service the cottage daily and this facility is included in the daily rate. All linen is provided, but please bring your own bath and beach towels.

The swimming beaches are safe and the rock pools abound with life. Fishing is good in the area but remember to purchase your fishing license at St Anthony's store. Winters are great with generally mild daytime temperatures and wonderful whale watching. If you can tear yourself away from the glorious sea views, there are good recreational facilities. These include a 9-hole golf course with a club house and pub-and-grub, tennis courts, horse riding, nature walks, game viewing and a sensational whale watching point. The Haga Hotel is a favourite watering hole and it provides a lively diversion for the young and the young-at-heart.

Please note that the rates displayed for R1300 are for six people and R2600 and R2800 are displayed for eight people. A R120 is charged for any extras, house keeping included. We therefore advise guests to request the appropriate tariffs
