The Rosedale Guest Suite shares the property with the main house which is a national monument and is situated in Meadway, where the first house was built in Pinelands 'garden city' in 1923.
The Suite is a fully equipped, self-catering unit with a private entrance. The large bedroom is furnished with twin beds and can be converted to a double bed on request. The bathroom has a bath and a shower. The lounge has comfortable couches and is equipped with a full PVR DStv. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker top, a counter top griller, a microwave oven, a fridge, a toaster, a kettle, cutlery and crockery as well as various cooking utensils. Laundry facilities for washing and drying can be provided by prior arrangement. An iron and a hair dryer are provided.
The Suite has a security system and guests can park off-road behind an automated gate. Guests can relax on the outside veranda and make use of the barbecue facilities. The well-kept garden is bordered by a park. The lovely garden is unfortunately not suitable for young children due to access to the swimming pool.
Surrounded by large trees and being bordered by a park, Rosedale Guest Suite is deceptively quiet but still in close proximity to restaurants and shops. For the golfers, Mowbray and Rondebosch Golf Courses offer guests 18-hole golf courses at the foot of Table Mountain. Various beaches around Cape Town are within driving distance and the city centre is 10 km away.
