The owners of this beautiful, upmarket home have mixed the new with the timeless. A modern, spacious, excellently equipped, light and fresh home away from home, with beautiful pieces of furniture from ?yester year? in the mix.

Magnificent sea views from almost everywhere on the property make the house that holiday home to which you return every year.

The beautiful pool overlooks the Ocean, it is netted, and the deck offers enough space for the sun-worshipers to extend their ?prayer-time?, whilst evenings can be spent around the braai facility of your choice or the firepit. The property has a beautiful large veranda giving all a bit of space and peace, there is a lovely lawn for kids. Beach access is via a set of stairs between Nkwazi and Glen drive, the bottom of the stairs deposits you at the main beach entrance, OR, a lovely stroll down Nkwazi drive. The house is secured by fencing, gates, alarm system, beams and serviced by an armed response reaction. The house is serviced daily, (levy charged).

Active DSTV is provided in both formal and TV lounge and Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. There are two lock up garages, but ample space within the gates for more cars.

DOWNSTAIRS: formal lounge, TV-lounge, dining room, pool room, kitchen, bar, guest loo, two large spacious verandas with furniture and pool with net and large deck. Braai facilities, gas and charcoal. Kitchen, Scullery and laundry: fully equipped with eye level ovens, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and all crockery and cutlery.

UPSTAIRS: Catering for family holidays ONLY, this house sleeps 12, We do not allow groups, functions, or any event which is NOT a family holiday. All bedrooms have built-in cupboards, ceiling fans, all linen, towels and beach towels are supplied. There are six bedrooms, two are on-suite and the others share a family bathroom. First bedroom: queen with full en-suite bathroom, private balcony and beautiful views. second Bedroom: Double bed. third Bedroom with two three quarter beds.

Fouth Bedroom with two three quarter beds and small private balcony. fifth Bedroom: One double bed and one single bed, private balcony and en-suite with toilet, basin and shower. the sixth Bedroom is ONLY suited for teenagers, it is located separate from the house, and off the garage. There are two small dogs which live on site and is care for by the housekeeper.
