We accommodate our guests in 11 luxury African-style bungalows, all fitted with separate toilets and spacious showers. The rooms are nestled into their bare environment and offer a seemingly endless view across the Namib, bathing plants and animals in luminous colours of light.

Beautiful lodge! by

We had a great time at the Rostock. We spent one night only, just before heading back to the airport. I have to say it was a really nice place to spend our last night in Namibia. The food is great, room very nice too. I preferred chilling at the swimming pool. We also did a walk in the surroundings: nice but hot! Strongly recommend it.

Stunning scenery by

Beautiful vistas, following a good rainy season. Ample hiking opportunities - ideal combination of hiking and photography. Accommodation was unique, and great. Dinner and breakfasts were very good.

Vingerklip lodge by

Die lodges haben mir gut gefallen und die Bemühungen des Besitzers ausgesetzten Tieren zu helfen. Was mich sehr gestört hat war der Reisebus der die Aussicht vom Lokal in die weite versperrt hat und mit laufendem Motor während des Frühstücks vor den geöffneten Türen und Fenstern stand. Aus diesem Grund passt für mich das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis überhaupt nicht. MfG Petra Schäfer

One of my bucket list accommodation's outdid my expectations. The best dessert views and sunsets. Friendly, clean and excellent food. Highly recommend staying here.
