San Lameer Villa 2012

San Lameer Villa 2012 is a luxury self-catering villa situated in the tranquil, safe and sought-after golfing estate of San Lameer on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal. This is the ideal location for a holiday getaway and offers something for all age groups. This unit is within walking distance to the hotel and spa, the 18-hole championship golf course, swimming pools, a superette, a library, tennis courts, squash courts and a bowling green. There is also a lagoon, with canoes and peddle boats available for hire.

San Lameer Villa 2012 can comfortably accommodate four guests and comprises two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The main bedroom contains a double bed and the second bedroom contains twin single beds. In addition, there is a double sleeper couch in the lounge area. Linen and bath towels are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, and all cutlery and crockery. The comfortable lounge area is equipped with a flat-screen TV with DStv and a DVD player.

The villa offers a patio with braai facilities. Secure covered parking is provided as well as a designated parking area for trailers. The villa is situated on the first floor, with lovely garden views.

The nearby beach has blue flag status, with an on-duty lifeguard, and there are jungle gyms for the children. There is a variety of buck that roam freely and a large amount of bird life on the estate, as well as our very own pair of resident crowned eagles. Children, parents, joggers, cyclist and walkers will all enjoy the safe and scenic, subtropical environment of San Lameer.
