SCENT FROM HEAVEN GLOBAL BEWERTUNGEN (67 %) Pleasant stay by Cijina Kunnath, South Africa 11 January 2015 The rooms were nice and spacious and the pool was kept clean and inviting. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is far enough from the main towns for it to be quiet and relaxing. The breakfast spread was lovely and there is variety, though cereals that finished during our stay was not topped up. The downstairs rooms tend to get a lot of insects, frogs and geckos, but they will leave you alone mostly. There are very few places to eat around the area, and those places don't have great food/portions sizes, I would advise driving into Ballito for lunch/dinner for great food and views. Overall had a very pleasant stay. It is in a great location and we will definitely be back! The friendly staff went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed - we were even brought coffee at 5.30am to our rooms as we had an early departure. Upon arrival, the gay could not speak English or understand us at all, also, I am not fussy, but do not touch my 2 and 5 year old daughters if you do not know us which this gay obviously didn't understand. Also he tried to help us offload the car, which is nice but he opened our personal belongings instead of just carrying it in. We could not connect to the Wi-Fi at all, didn't even pick up a signal. We skipped breakfast the first morning, seeing that this place is a bed & breakfast, your breakfast is normally included in the price, and decided to have breakfast the following morning, oh no, do not be fooled, we had to pay R30 per egg that we had, the continental breakfast was included but no where did anyone specify that you have to pay R30 for 1 egg, I farm with chickens and R30 is ridiculous. Toast and eggs, no bacon, no extras, no additional options, nothing, either that or cereal, this is all you get at the 5* Scent from Heaven Global. You would also expect a 5* family room to have a full bathroom and not just a shower. Thank you for the stay, but we will not be visiting this place again. SCENT FROM HEAVEN GLOBAL LAGE
