Sea Breeze Rock sits on the slopes of Elsie's Peak, and has impressive panoramic views of the False Bay Coastline and surrounding hills. The house is large with three bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge. The indoor fireplace and DStv (Explorer), and an airy balcony, which overlooks the sea, make for a relaxing setting. There is a washing machine, 2 different size braais / barbecues, and an additional fire pit. Wi-Fi Internet access.There is a spare guest bathroom on the middle level where the lounge is found. From the house there is short walk down to the local grocery store, and coffee shop. This is across the road from the beach. Both Simons Town, and Fish Hoek, are a 5 minutes drive away. Along the False Bay Coastline it is possible to see dolphins and whales in season. Yachts, and naval vessels, can also be seen. Shopping can be made in Sun Valley, Long Beach Mall, and adjacent Checkers Hyper.There are a flight of stairs going up to the house so this accommodation is not for those who cannot manage stairs.
