Seagull Holiday Flats is walking distance to various shops, restaurants, the post office, vibrant nightlife as well as the Margate Fishing Pier. The nearest airport is Margate Airport, 3 km away. The complex offers a large communal infinity pool, four separate braai facilities, on-site laundry facilities and secure parking.
