Seaview and Sunrise Penthouse has three bedrooms; one with a queen-size bed, and two with double beds. This apartment is set in the trendy seaside town of Muizenberg, and area believed to be the birth place of surfing in South Africa.

The living room is characterized by its large glass sliding doors and clear view of the fynbos-covered dunes, Sunrise Beach and the warm Indian Ocean. Furnishings include a flat screen TV, a satellite decoder, and a surround-sound DVD player. A large eight-seater dining area and fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, and fridge-freezer complete the picture.

Outside there is a gas braai area, and one just needs to turn around to enjoy the Constantiaberg mountain range with its historic winelands that creep up towards Table Mountain.

Many thanks for a wonderful stay at your penthouse.  A breathtaking view, crisp, clean linen, coffee, milk, bubblebath, soap .... all the basics provided and more. Julian, you went out of your way to make us feel welcome.  Thank you both.  We would definitely return should we come to Muizenberg again.





My Stay at Seaview and Sunrise Penthouse was a memorable one. The service was excellent, very quiet and peaceful place ,oh! and very clean too!!!. I can recommend Seaview and Sunrise Penthouse to my family and friends. Thanks Guys keep up the standards.

Roslynn was so welcoming, the place was lovely, nice and clean, there was everything we needed.
Definitely would go there much much often.

Loving the beds by

The place is clean and comfortable. Roslyn really made an effort to make us feel at home. I had a good nights rest, which is a testament to the quality of the beds. Lovely seaview with the waves lapping away in the distance. There is just a few maintenance issues that needs to be tended to like the sliding door (but Roslyn was quick to have someone have a look at it, so hopefully it has been fixed by now). Also the railing of the balcony needs to be fixed (rust most likely due to being so close to the ocean). Overall I am quite happy with the accomodation provided and definitely value for money. Thanks Roslyn!!!
