Stairs led down to a flatlet which comprises a further two adjoining bedrooms, each with twin single beds, a full bathroom and a private patio.

Central to this sprawling home is the beautifully appointed kitchen with adjoining dining area leading alternatively to a comfortable lounge, a deck with spectacular breaker and ocean views, a summer courtyard or either of two accommodation wings. The kitchen is fully equipped with eye-level oven and gas hob, double door fridge plus washing machine, tumble-dryer and dishwashing machine.

The relaxing lounge and adjoining dining area are open-plan and feature a TV with easyview DStv and a DVD player. If the view doesn't get your attention, a handy bar fridge will keep you refreshed either way. Summer fun will be had on the covered patio and adjoining wooden deck where comfortable seating and built-in braai compliment the view. If the ocean wind picks up the protected summer courtyard with weber-braai is a great alternative. It is well secured, with electric gates and armed-response alarm. There is a double garage and ample driveway parking.
