Situated within a secure beachfront complex, Seemeeu Flat offers great self-catering accommodation to small groups. It is located in the seaside suburb of Strand in Cape Town.

This comfortably furnished flat has two well-appointed bedrooms, of which both share a bathroom. The open-plan living space consists of a lounge, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen for all of your self-catering needs.

The complex offers access control and secure parking. It also has a laundry room for added convenience. The lush garden has a communal braai area and a pedestrian gate with easy access to the beach. Guests could also choose to relax on their balcony and appreciate the stunning view of False Bay.

Seemeeu Flat The Strand by

Originally booked into Flat 202 but due to geyser leak on arrival we were put into Flat 107 which was a lovely seafacing 3 B/R fully equiped apartment. All aspects of the apartment were great. We only had two issues, firstly we were unable to make contact with the agent to provide entrance and keys which was a slight hassle on arrival and secondly the address shown on SafariNow is not correct, SEEMEEU is 168 Beach Rd not 148.

Great Location by

Seemeeu is directly opposite the beach. Easy accessible and secure parking (not via beach road). Very clean and well looked after complex.

The apartment itself was also clean with very good quality interiors. The kitchen was modern and with more than enough utensils and dinnerware.

I did notice that the kitchen basin had poor drainage, seems to be blocked somewhere in the pipes. The basin's water took a long time (literally hours) to completely drain.

The rooms were spacious, plenty of cupboard space and sufficiently comfortable beds.

The bathroom was a bit of a let down as it only had a bath which was perfect for the kids but as grown-ups, we do prefer a quick shower instead of sitting in a bath and it's a nightmare to wash your hair in a bath, especially if it's long.

The living room had lovely big sofas and there was even a sleeper couch and dining room table with 6 chairs.

I also loved the big balcony with a partial but good enough view of the beach. There's also an outside braai area (not at your flat), completely covered and protected from the wind, it's downstairs in the garden with an outside eating area as well.

Overall, we had a great time at Seemeeu flat, on the 2nd floor with the choice of taking the lift or the stairs as it wasn't too high up.

I had enjoyed my stay at Seemeeu. Looking forward to be able to stay there again.
There are always small hick ups here and there at any place but, those I reckon one could sort out before the next visit.

Die drein in die kombuis het 'n fout gehad want as jy die prop uittrek het die vuil water deurgestoor na die ander bak en baie stadig uitgeloop!!!!!!! Wat nou van my PnP punte???????????
