See Uitsig 10 is an ocean front apartment within walking distance from Uvongo beach. This standard apartment is situated in a secure apartment complex and is ideal for a seaside family vacation.

The apartment has an open-plan lounge, kitchen and two bedrooms. The cosy kitchen is well equipped and includes a stove with oven, fridge and freezer. All cutlery and crockery is provided. The lounge has ample seating, a TV with DStv, and leads out onto a balcony with patio furniture and braai facilities. Please bring along your smart car and towels.

The apartment complex has secured undercover parking and a swimming pool.

The flat was neat and clean. It has a beautiful sea view. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment. The downside is that the DSTV doesn't work, even with our own decoder and smart card. The neighbours even had to call out a DSTV Technician. The locks need lubricant as we struggled to open and lock them. The on suite bathroom light globe popped the first night we were there. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing time. It is a quiet, cosy apartment very neat and clean. We will definitely use the same apartment again.

Close to the sea by

I loved it all. Nice and spaceious. Even when it rain we could braai on the balcony. Just didnt like the stairs so much. But will go back again and again

The unit is in need of an urgent upgrade. It is sad that the owners/letting agent did not ensure that unit is in a living condition. It was extremely dusty and dirty. The lights in the bathroom and balcony did not work. Both the toilet cisterns in the unit were permanently leaking, causing an irritation. The owner stressed that I should bring my own DSTV decoder. However, the satellite dish connection was faulty. A third party had to be called in to sort out the problem. I didn't have TV access for four days. The owner pushed for her balance of payment but failed to answer any of my concerns once she received the money. Numerous attempts to contact her was unsuccessful.
