Selati River Lodge is situated in one of Africa's most treasured and prolific wildlife regions. At Selati River Lodge, we have incorporated the heartbeat and rhythm of Africa with all the comfort that the discerning traveller has come to expect. Selati River Lodge is located on the R71 route, 35 km from the Phalaborwa Gate of the world-famous Kruger National Park. It is also en route to the Mozambican coast via the newly opened Giriyondo border.
At the end the day, enjoy a refreshing sundowner at our fully licensed bar. Selati River Lodge also offers a fully catered service from our famous farmhouse kitchen. Join our host in the main building for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a pub lunch. Alternatively, you can enjoy meals in the lush green garden next to the pool whilst peacefully sipping a sundowner served to you by our helpful staff.
Nestled in between the age old Jackalberry and Leadwood trees are our unique and tastefully decorated chalets. The intimately positioned thatched chalets feature en-suite facilities and their own private viewing patio with barbecue facilities on the banks of the river.
The Bush Style Conference Centre, overlooking the Selati River offers an excellent venue for conferences, weddings and celebrations for up to 100 delegates, and we offer a range of menus to choose from to complement the function desired.
Activities in the area include walking safaris, bird-watching, spotting wild animals on the river bank, self-drive tours in the Kruger National Park, visits to Blyde River Canyon, God's Window and Pilgrim's Rest, Shangaan cultural village tours, Swadini Reptile Park, horse back safaris, microlighting, and hot-air ballooning.
