There are two double bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with a double bed and a single bedroom and a family half bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and there is a fully equipped laundry room adjoining the kitchen. The lounge and dining room are spacious and comfortable, with a TV and DVD player. The lounge has a gas fire and the dining room a ceramic wood burning stove. Outside at the back overlooking the large garden, is a covered patio with table and chairs with a braai. There is a double car port for secure off street parking. On the front veranda there are two comfortable sofas.
