good location by

The unit is big and fairly comfortable however with the Johannesburg cold, it was not pleasant with the air conditioner not working. They gave us a heater but the unit was like a fridge which did not make the stay comfortable. I would recommend that this be addressed.

the place is conveniently located by

the overall service was great, maybe look at speaking to the ladies who work there that they try to be a bit considerate in the morning and not too loud

Not so good stay by

The place was very untidy. The bathroom and fridge in the room was extremely dirty. The guy at the front desk was rude. Overall, I will never go back there.

NO HOT WATER! by

There was no hot water. I would recommend that an iron be available for use in the rooms . No body wants to go to the hall and iron their families clothes.
