Step down into the living room and you'll discover an open living/dining concept with a very comfortable queen-sized memory foam hide-a-bed, a DVD/monitor for your viewing enjoyment, lots of entertaining board games, a gas fireplace to cosy up to, and a nice little balcony overlooking the manicured grounds. About a stone's throw away is the Nooksack River and you can hear the water rushing by from the bedroom, or sitting in the living room, or from outside, very relaxing indeed! This tastefully furnished, WI-FI equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to two to four people.

Snowater is a gated community in Glacier, WA positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on three sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness centre. There is a lounge area with free WI-FI, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas as well as a children's play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests.

Please note, WI-FI service is provided free of charge for guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialling everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the free WI-FI service fails to function properly.
