St Estian 1 is a modern and beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex unit less than 30metres from the beach in Ramsgate North.

The main bedroom is fitted with a king sized bed, the second bedroom with a double bed and a single bunk bed and the third bedroom with 2 single beds. All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans and are on the first floor. The main bedroom has an en en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, basin and toilet and the second bathroom has a bath, basin and toilet.

The lounge has comfortable seating for six and is fitted with a TV with full DSTV Explora, (no need to bring with or hire decoder)

There is a dining room table seating 8 off the kitchen, which is modern and fully fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, stove, fridge and microwave.

There is a built in braai and patio table and chairs for your use. Beautiful sea views from all rooms and lounge.

A short walk takes you to Margate main beach and fishing pier as well as many shops and restaurants.

The unit is fitted with an alarm system and the complex is secured with electric fencing.

Two parking bays are allocated to this unit and it is also pet friendly with permission.

Bath towels and all linen are provided, just bring with your own swimming towels.
