The Villa is approached by its own private driveway to some beautiful featured scroll iron gates which are electrically operated and have a fully integrated intercom system which leads to a parking area sufficient for four cars. Outside the drive, entrance is two further parking spaces which are a premium in this area. We have installed a Borehole (going to 120m deep) to ensure there is water during the summer months and during restrictions and ensuring our wonderful garden and pool are well serviced and maintained. A new gym has just been added on to the house.
