The house comprises two bedrooms, a spacious open-plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen, all with a breathtaking 180 degree view of the Golf Course and Helderberg mountain basin. It has a remote operated lock up parking garage as well as extra off street parking space.

The house faces the northern Helderberg Mountains and is equipped with Premium DStv facilities and has 24 hours security. The secluded and fenced braai area offers a direct view and access onto the golf course and club house, all very secure for children.

Gordons Bay is the ideal location for visitors to the Cape due to its central location and situation near so many of South Africa's finest tourist destinations. Gordons Bay provides easy access to the winelands and fruit growing areas of Stellenbosch, Elgin, Grabouw, and Franschoek as well as Hermanus which is famous for whale watching and shark cage diving.
