Strandsig 407 is a comfortable two bedroom apartment in Beach Road in the lovely suburb, Strand.The apartment offers self-catering accommodation for four people. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a ceiling fan, and the second bedroom has two single beds. The living room is comfortably furnished and equipped with a TV. The lounge also boasts a dining room table and leads onto the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, a stove and oven, a kettle, a microwave oven, and cutlery. There are two bathrooms with a shower, toilet, and wash basin. Towels and clean bedding are provided. Guests have to bring their own beach towels.Safe parking in a garage is available on the first floor of the building and a variety of restaurants can be found within a two-minute walk, as well as shops and a pharmacy.A safe 3 km stretch of beach is 50 m from the front entrance of the building and here guests can enjoy swimming or just relaxing on the beach. Strand Waterworld is situated on the beach and offers entertainment for children and adults.For the golfers, there is the 18-hole Strand Golf Course, Somerset Mall for the shoppers and for the nature lovers, the Hottentots Holland Nature Reserve. The Stellenbosch wine routes and historic farms are within 20 minutes by car and Table Mountain and Cape Town is 50 km from the apartment.
