Suite 803 Devonshire is a beautiful self-catering apartment situated in Green Point, close to various shops and restaurants.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and laundry facilities, and an open-plan living area with solid teak floors and full DStv access. The apartment is serviced once a week, but can also be serviced daily if required. There is secure basement parking available.

There is a designated smoking area for smokers on the balcony. The V and A Waterfront is within easy walking distance from the apartment, offering many entertainment- and shopping facilities.

Modern, clean & the absolute best location! by

This apartment is exquisitely kept! It's clean & elegant and we had an absolutely amazing time staying here. Apart from having a 360 degree view of the ocean & Table Mountain, the apartment is right across from the V&A Waterfront & a 2 minute walk from the nearest MyCiti bus terminal you could get around Cape Town with no hassle at all. The apartment is situated on the trendy Green Point Main road & within walking distance to amazing restaurants, supermarkets & coffee shops. When we arrived Douw greeted us and showed us around the apartment, leaving us with some delicious filter coffee, still & sparkling water along with some fresh strawberries in the fridge & a beautiful bunch of flowers on the table. The apartment has 2 televisions with satellite TV, one being a Smart TV to be able to connect to the free Wi-Fi in the apartment. All I can say is that one simply cannot go wrong when booking this apartment, Suite 803 will definitely be seeing me again & again!

Excellent accommodation, very comfortable and very conveniently placed for the V & A Waterfront. Plenty of good eateries within easy reach.  Will definitely stay here again.  Thank you.
