Summerforever

Summer Forever is a stylish self-catering beach house ideally situated in Ramsgate. The house has a superb elevated sea view, from where whales and dolphins are frequently spotted, and is just 400 m from the swimming beach. The house is modern and has attractive features geared for care-free holiday living, making it popular amongst golfers, large families and groups.

Summerforever can accommodate up to 12 guests in total. The main house comprises four bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the adjacent flat has two bedrooms with one en-suite bathroom for the main bedroom and a second bathroom for the other bedroom.

The lounge includes a bar with a sea view as well as a high-definition full premium bouquet TV with the latest PVR decoder and 50" flat screen, ideal for watching sport or movies. The lounge also includes a latest technology double-door LG fridge-freezer with on-tap cold water and automatic ice dispenser, as well as a Bauer fridge in the kitchen.

Security consists of armed reaction by GM security, full sensors inside the house, the latest RX beams outside the house, and French timber doors and windows with built-in steel burglar bars. All sea-facing rooms have sliding doors that can be fully opened, however the timber open frame can be kept closed to allow fresh breezes into the room day or night. A camera system around the house is monitored by the security company and a monitor with all cameras in view is also in the main bedroom. An electric fence surrounds and sets off a separate alarm if breached, while the front gate is automated, as is the garage door.

The swimming pool is heated by four large solar panels on the roof and there is a large grassed area for the kids to play. Free Internet is also available via a wireless router.
