Summerstrand Beach Lodge is perfectly situated for either holiday, overnight, semi-permanent or business accommodation. We are located four houses from our main beach and within walking distance to all major sports events and the Boardwalk Casino and Entertainment World on the beachfront.

We are situated next to a Pick 'n Pay shopping centre, two minutes from Humewood Golf Course, five minutes from Port Elizabeth International Airport and two minutes from Nelson Mandela Bay University. We are graded by AA Tourism.

We offer self-catering units, equipped with M-Net, fans, heaters, safes and fully equipped kitchens, as well as a bed and breakfast option. Breakfast can be served in our dining area or in your room. Lunch packs and dinner can also be arranged on request. All units have their own entrances and secure parking is provided on the premises.

We really enjoyed our time at Summerstrand Beach Lodge. It has privacy, it's comfortable and very close to everything with friendly staff. It was truly a home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay - accommodation was all that we needed.

Stopover in Windy City by

We found our accommodation at Summerstrand to be modern, clean & efficiently run & conveniently situated. Unfortunately the configuration of the unit was such that the single bathroom was ensuite to the main bedroom - quite akward with older children.

Well !!! What can and should I dare say?

We loved the layout of the self-catering unit. Lovely interior design features. Also everything one needs in a kitchen was at our disposal.

We loved the pool and braai area.

It was quite wonderful that a lady came to fetch the towels and brought fresh ones every other day.

Overall a lovely place to stay as it was also within walking distance from the beach.

I'd return anytime when in Port Elizabeth again...
