Surfers House

Surfers House is a beautiful home located in Ballito, a small surfers town on the North Coast in KZN. The home features modern and stylish decor, a lush green garden and a big entertainment area that is protected from the wind, you can be sure to enjoy your holiday in a cosy home away from home.

The house boasts three comfortable newly renovated rooms, one of which is en-suite with a shower, the other two sharing a bathroom with a bath plus another guest toilet with a shower. The kitchen is big and spacious, equipped with a gas oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine and big fridge/freezer and a filter water system. It's open plan leading into the lounge, dining room, bar and entertainment area which has a big built-in braai. There is an air-con in the main bedroom and lounge and ceiling fans in all the rooms. For the lazy days, we have a smart flat-screen TV in the lounge with DStv and a small smart flat-screen TV in the main bedroom. For the fish lovers, our home is not a home without a beautiful marine tank situated in the lounge that will be looked after by the housekeeper/caretaker.

'The Surfboard Agent' is one of our sideline businesses which is a private showroom separate from the house containing new, secondhand and demo surfboards. Someone will pop in every now and then to view boards, however, it will not disturb the guests at all.

Part of the family is Sasha, Marley and Dingaan, our three gorgeous and friendly dogs. They will stay on the property for security and will only be there once you arrive and depart through the gate. There is a fence around the entrance to the house and entertainment area so it's your choice if you want them to enter that area or not. They are inside house dogs and will sleep in a separate flat with the caretaker/housekeeper. We also have an alarm system with IPSS security patrolling the area.

The property is located less than a kilometre from Willards Beach and Boulevard Shopping Centre as well as 1.5 kilometres to all the Ballito Malls up at the top. There are plenty of surf spots in the area all within a 1 to 5-kilometre stretch.
