The Shores 7

The Shores 7 is a fully furnished self-catering apartment located in the secure The Shores complex in Ramsgate, just 60 metres from the Southbroom beach and lagoon.

The Shores 7 can accommodate up to six guests, and comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed. The second bedroom contains a two single beds.

The third bedroom contains a single bed and a bunk bed. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and features a ceiling fan. The first bathroom contains a shower-over-bath, and the second bathroom contains a shower only.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There is also a scullery area with a washing machine and a tumble-dryer.

The lounge contains a flat-screen TV. The living area opens to a covered balcony with outdoor dining furniture and gas braai facilities. Secure undercover allocated garage parking is provided.

The Shores complex offers a communal swimming pool and braai facilities. The RipTide restaurant is conveniently situated on the Southbroom beach and Ramsgate CBD is only 15 kilometres away. Access to all of Southbroom's beautiful secluded beaches is a five-minute drive away.
