This is our barefoot, beach room with incredible views! Comfortable & homely. No fuss. The Studio is underneath the main house to which we live in & about 8 minutes walk from the beach. Ideal for 2 adults & 1 child. En-suite bathroom with shower. Small kitchenette with basics (fridge, microwave, toaster & kettle) to prepare easy meals or warm up take aways. Coffee & tea facilities. We do your dishes! No TV. Wi-fi & card games available in the room. Please note that there are quite a few steps from the parking to The Studio.

This home was built in 1917 & has got a special old world charm to it. The room has got a private entrance & does not share any spaces, except for the garden, parking & braai area. Spectacular views over the beach, mountains & harbor. It is part of a beautiful terraced garden, uniquely designed over a 100 years ago & built with rock.

You are welcome to explore the whole garden & find a place where you can read, relax or just enjoy the beautiful views...

Anne-Marie is simply adorable and Gewel self-catering is a lovely place to stay. The whole family enjoyed relaxing there, we felt at home. And the view of santos beach is stunning! Si vous cherchez un bel endroit avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix n'hésitez pas. Cerise sur le gâteau la propriétaire est aux petits soins, et d'une générosité sans pareil. We arrived late, just past 22:00 and yet we were received by Anne-Marie with all her friendliness into a great clean comfortable room. We only realised what an extraordinary view the place had the following morning when we woke up. 110% recommended.

It felt like being on a island. It has such a beautiful view that we wanted to spend as much time possible at Gewels.
