The Beach Villa

Located on the sand dunes of Kommetjie, this beautiful spacious villa offers beachfront living at its best, boasting views of the mountains, sea and beach.

The Beach Villa has four bedrooms, two upstairs and two downstairs. There is also a kitchen, a dining room, as well as a garage. The Master bedroom is fitted with a queen-sized bed, a walk in closet, an en-suite bathroom, as well as beautiful views of the ocean while on the bedroom balcony. The rest of the bedrooms are fitted with twin beds, each one with its own en-suite bathroom.

The kitchen is open-plan and well-equipped catering for eight guests with a pantry and second washing up area. The Beach Villa has three lounge areas, two with TV's, while the third offers a fireplace. Guests have access to four cars, two in the garage and two in the driveway, as well as a sparkling swimming pool with outdoor furnisher.
