The Dunes 4 is situated at Keurboomstrand, known as the Dolphin's playground, a ten-minute drive from the jewel of the Garden Route, Plettenberg Bay.

This Townhouse is situated in The Dunes Resort. A Duplex with modern finishes and beachyfied-décor. The ground floor comprises of an open-plan living area. The lounge has a sleeper couch, perfect for two children to share. A fully equipped Kitchen with granite tops and built-in cupboards, oven and hop. A guest toilet, basin and shower are on this floor. Under-floor heating for those wintry cosy days.

Undercover braai area and under-cover parking with an enclosed private garden. Selected DSTV channels. (SABC 2, eTV, M-Net, M-Net Prime, Super Sport 1 and 2 and KykNet.) Upstairs are two Bedrooms, the main bedroom has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both share a bathroom fitted with a bath, basin and toilet with sky-light windows!Gated 24-hour security.

Private easy access to one of the most beautiful blue flag beaches on the Garden Route. It takes approximately 100m brisk walk through a protected dune forest, or relax and sip on sun-downers at two sparkling pools whilst the kids enjoy playing at the play area. Enjoy eating at home or best of all spoil yourself and your family for breakfast, lunch or dinner at the 240-seater family style restaurant, offering contemporary South African cuisine, fully licensed with separate bar area. Take full advantage of a 150-seater conference center. The Dunes Resort is one of the finest experiences by far.

Substandard Accomodation by

The unit we originally booked apparently had a burst geyser so the agent moved us to a different unit (Unit 104). I specifically booked a unit with a bath tub and ended up in a unit with two showers. This made our stay uncomfortable as we have a 2 year old that simply refuses to get into a shower. The previous tenant literally moved out of the unit as we walked in and the unit had loads of long black hair everywhere, an old duvet, no toilet paper and dirty bath mats in both bathrooms. None of the blinds are in workable order. We also had to walk on beer boxes scattered across the lawn due to a muddy garden and the unit's gate that would have kept our toddler inside was broken. Overall we paid for a substandard unit. The restaurant was appalling and for some reason the kids jungle gym was removed. Just disappointed and will never return.
