Timmerskraal Private Sandstone Guest House nestled in the picturesqueness town of Clarens. A tribute to old fashioned country cottage style living, a true haven at the foot of the Maulti Mountains.. Timmerskraal has two self catering cottages on the property. A two bedroom Granny Flat with an inter-leading bathroom making it the perfect getaway for a young family of 4/5. A cosy lounge/diningroom, with a small gally style kitchenette, fully equipped & TV. Own entrance to the cottage and a private braai area overlooking the beautiful landscaped garden. The main Thatched homestead accommodates 6 persons. Three bedrooms, with a shared bathroom and separate shower. A spacious lounge with TV and a farm styled fully equipped kitchen, and private braai area with outside patio eating area.

Carol from Timmerskraal - a wonderful friendly lady and most helpful. Timmerskraal itself is a lovely cottage to stay in. Everything one needs for a self catering stay. Atmosphere very tranquil and relaxing. Gardens are lovely. Cloose to most things that one would like to do. A lovely weekend.

Timmerskraal is close to town (walking distance) and very comfortable, well appointed house. Carol is a wonderful hostess and a very warm friendly person. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the views are beautiful. We will be back again for a longer stay and can highly recommend Timmerskraal and the the town of Clarens.
