Well done. Keep it up. Shocking experience by Allen Janke, South Africa Saturday, 10 November 2012 The worst stay I have ever had at a hotel. There was not a drop of water in my room in the morning. I coulndt shower, shave or even brush my teeth. The hotel did nothing to inform me of the situation. After I complained they sent me 3 bottles of mineral water and that was it. They didn't even offer to take me to another room or hotel to shower. I had two very important business meetings scheduled for the morning. I asked for a refund and I was just told that the GM Shelley was not available. Totally unacceptable. Never again. Communication by Wendy Hiscock 17 May 2017 The municipality had apparently cut off the water supply on the 15th and when I checked in - the staff did not even inform me that there is no water. Only found out when wanting to make coffee and flush. Surely they should have a) informed their guests - MANY were very unhappy about not being told and b) arranged water jugs in each room at least TOWN LOGE MIDRAND LAGE
