Tranquility Cottage

Tranquility Cottage is set in a beautiful garden surrounded by trees. The cottage can accommodate two guests and provides a slice of tranquility.


The cottage has doors and windows that open directly into the garden. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with large shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and an oven. Lounge and dining area is equipped with comfortable chairs. There is a portable braai and charcoal is available. Meditation area and a large garden are included as well as off street parking. You are welcome to pick your own herbs from the herb garden. 100% Cotton bed linen and extra blankets come with the cottage. A selection of teas including freshly picked herbs, real coffee with a plunger to satisfy all tastes are included. Stove with an oven, large fridge and recycle bins are in the kitchen. Pure handmade soaps as well as organic products are available.


Stanford is home to Kleinrivier, fine dining restaurants and various antique shops. Visitors can enjoy local wine and gin tastings, a fynbos trail as well as Bushmen paintings.
