The place was so modern and clean which was fantastic. The gardens are beautiful. So close to town and awesome place to just chill. Great Place, poor directions and aftersales comms by Deshanta Naidoo, South Africa 23 December 2015 The room was lovely and had all the amenities needed to make our short stay a pleasant one except for the twin beds that were pushed together to resemble a make-shift double bed. We booked a king bed unit. The central light in the unit was not working which made it hard to see at night with only the use of the night lights on either side of the bed operational. The directions in the mail sent for our booking indicated the wrong address to collect the keys so we had to drive around the town to find the correct location. It would have been nice to receive a mail before our travel telling us that keys needed to be collected from a central reservation desk and that is where we should check-in first before arriving at our destination. The front gate of the Estate also did not work properly, as it does not close well. Hopefully, these will be attended to soon to improve the stay at the establishment for other guests.
