It is neat, clean, upmarket, and the food prepared by Mark was awesome.
We had a disappointing experience with the spa treatments from Jeremy. We felt it was not professional and we had so looked forward to it. His attitude was disappointing which was so unlike the establishment. Unfortunately two drawbacks - the small bar fridge in our room made gurgling sounds all night and there was a spotlight outside the bathroom window that illuminated the room all night long!
