Truksvy B&B und Koffie Sjop

Truksvy B&B and Koffie Sjop is located in the heart of the Free State, in the small town of Soutpan. Truksvy is a small restaurant and accommodation operating in this salt mining area. The unit Standard Bunk was the Standard Bank until the early 80's. The bank manager from Brandfort use to travel here every Wednesday morning with a suitcase full of money to help all the local with their banking business. Truksvy and Sonneblom was once a butchery.

There is a little kiosk for buying products that may have been forgotten or lost. Clean towels are available and a daily cleaning service is provided. Babysitting facilities can be arranged if the need occurs, at an additional cost.

Breakfast is available at Truksvy Koffie Sjop. Truksvy is known for its Sunday lunches, serving a traditional Boerekos buffet. Salt tours can be arranged, were you will be taken to a working salt mine.
