Unit 1 Springvale Complex

1 Springvale is located in a small complex that is situated across the road from the beach in the beautiful little village of Zinkwazi. Just 85 km from Durban on the N2, Zinkwazi is well-known for its incredible bird life and its proximity to the Zululand Birding Route.

The duplex unit does not have a sea view however, it is approximately 150 meters to the seaside and also a short walk to the main beach.

This unit sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms and there are 3 bathrooms. The first and second bedroom contain each a double bed. The third bedroom is located on the ground floor and contains 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms each fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. One of these bathrooms is located on the ground floor. The third bathroom is fitted with a bath, basin, and toilet. All bedrooms have large built-in cupboards and ceiling fans. All linen is provided, you need to bring your towels and beach towels.

The ground floor comprises an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining room opening onto a large veranda with patio furniture. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, hob, oven and fridge-freezer. The unit has DStv connection but guests need to bring with own decoder and a smart card, also please it is not PVR/Explora compatible. The unit provides a Webber braai and a swimming pool which is fenced and gated.

The unit has 1 allocated undercover garage and 1 outside parking. The unit is will not be serviced during the stay but there is a maid service available at an additional cost. The complex is gated and secure.
