Unit 2 Ballito Sands is a spacious ground floor apartment situated in Ballito, on the coast. The apartment offers self-catering accommodation for six people in three bedrooms, and has sea views.

The three bedroom, two bathroom apartment has an open-plan living area comprising a lounge, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a fridge-freezer, a stove, washing machine and tumble dryer. The living room as a TV, but no DStv connections or signal for local channels. If guests wish to watch TV they need to bring their own DStv card. There is air-conditioning in the living area and fans in the bedrooms.

The apartment has a spacious patio with patio furniture facing the ocean. The apartment complex has a private swimming pool.

Nice place, value for money. Only thing missing: Some shelves at the bathroom.

Fabulous stay! by

Phenomenal position and fantastic apartment! Never seen that much crockery! Everything you need is there. Position to the beach made getting my 3 children there safely and easily and at times they went there alone, with us keeping a close eye from the garden! Will definitely visit again!



The best thing about this unit is the location, it is perfectly situated. Air cons, DSTV and Showers are faulty.

The location is perfect, but the maintenance
is not good at all.
The main bedroom security doors could not open, it was reported, but no one came to sort it out.
Toaster and oven were faulty.(we did not report it as we were unhappy with service) DSTV was advertised as full DSTv , we did report it, it was
changed and a decoder was sent with selected channels, with the fact that it would be replaced on Wednesday. this was not done.
The cleaning lady, did not pitch on Thursday, without any notification.
We also found there was no Tin opener or wooden spoon.
Nice stay, but these mishaps leave a bad taste.
I feel all appliances should be checked before arrival of new guests.
