This luxurious and spacious guest house has five well-appointed units. The Penguin Suite, Pheasant Suite and Mongoose Suite has stunning mountain views while our Honeymoon and Whale Suites boast beautiful sea views and garden views respecively.

Van Den Bergs offers everything from great cuisine, fynbos and beach walks to relaxing patio views and the many adventures this region has to offer. We also have stunning views of the Overberg Mountains to the north, Walker Bay to the east and the Atlantic Ocean to the south.

Visit Harold Porter National Botanical Garden, part of the Cape Floral Region which is a World Heritage Site. Guests can enjoy an excursion to one of only two jackass African penguin breeding colonies. Shop for local arts and crafts in Kleinmond's famous Harbour Road and enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants.

There are great hiking trails in the Overberg Mountains, some lovely beaches and nearby vineyards which offer wine tasting. Enjoy a range of activities including motorcycle riding, waterskiing and wakeboarding, sandboarding, crayfishing and fishing in season, and watching the whales swim and play in the bay.
