Velvet Moon Cottage is situated along the Knysna River in the Simola Golf and Country Estate.

The cottage has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with DStv and an indoor fireplace, two large covered decks with braai facilities and an outdoor hot and cold shower in the trees. This cottage is ideal for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city life.

The river is a short walk away where you can swim, fish and go canoeing. Other great attractions and activities in the area include the Featherbed Nature Reserve, the Homtini Pass and the Knysna Elephant Park.

The most wonderful setting over the river and within the nature reserve. Accomodation itself fantastic - glass surrounding bedroom gives great views when waking up !! Verandah, sunken bath,outside shower etc etc
Perfect if you want peace & quiet 

PS and Knysna/suround isnt too shabby either:)

The place was beautiful and the views were spectacular. Our host was also very helpful and friendly and even made the place special for our wedding anniversary. Everything was great and we had everything we could have ever needed. Will stay there again in a heart beat.
