Villa Annchen

Villa Annchen is elevated over the most beautiful shores of the Indian Ocean inlet, Mtwapa Creek, within 6,000 square metres of land engulfed by palms, bougainvilleas and other tropical plants. A private natural stone pool is placed between the villa and the creek. For nature lovers, there are several guided walking tours around the Mtwapa Creek where you can see several different species of birds and plants, as well as wild African oysters.

Villa Annchen provides a completely private atmosphere. Accommodation comprises four deluxe guest rooms, each furnished with African carved hardwood beds made with exceptional attention to detail and design. The rooms are simple yet sophisticated, oozing African culture and luxury, and features include a bathroom, king-size bed, ceiling fan, and minibar fridge. Whether choosing half board or full board, guests can indulge in meals in our large Matiti-style salon, which includes a hand-carved mahogany bar and sitting lounge or the verandah overlooking the pool.

This very calm, tropical paradise is not far from the pulse-racing nightlife of the Kenyan north coast. A famous discotheque is only three minutes away by car, the golf club is nine minutes away and a European standard supermarket is only three minutes away.
