Villa Favola

Villa Favola is an exclusive double-storey holiday villa situated in the heart of Selborne Park Golf Estate. The house faces a wide expanse of golf course offering glorious views.

The villa can comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of six guests and comprises three bedrooms, an open plan lounge and dining room, and a kitchen. Upstairs is the main bedroom which contains a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and built-in cupboards. The room is decorated in calming tones of crisp white and greens, and leads out to an undercover narrow veranda with spectacular views of the surrounding golf course. The second bedroom, also upstairs, contains twin single beds and lead out to an undercover verandah with spectacular views of the golf course. The third bedroom, downstairs, features twin single beds and large glass sliding doors which open out onto the garden. There is a separate bathroom with a shower directly across the passageway.

Expansive wooden doors open to a small entrance way which leads up to the open-plan lounge and dining room area. The lounge is stylishly furnished and has a TV with full DStv bouquet. The dining room has an eight-seater dining room table and leads onto the fully equipped kitchen and an undercover veranda with built-in braai area that leads out to the golf course. Secure parking is provided, and daily cleaning services are available.
