Villa Lutzi is an upmarket guest villa situated on the slopes of Table Mountain in a tranquil residential area. The 11 bedrooms are all en-suite and mostly furnished with antiques.

All rooms are equipped with a TV, direct dial telephone, mini safe, bar fridge, fans and heaters. The villa is set in a large garden with a swimming pool, and safe off-street and covered parking is also available.

Many excellent restaurants and vibrant Kloof Street are located nearby and the villa is within walking distance from the city centre. Villa Lutzi is in an ideal position to act as a springboard to all the sights of the Cape.

We did enjoy our stay at Villa Lutzi very much. Our room turned out to be a suite with a spacious and tastefully furnished bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a beautiful loggia.

Good place to stay by

House with an interesting history. Lovely big room, comfy bed. Airy bathroom. Chairs to sit and read. Quiet environment but only 5 minutes walk from Kloof street with all its restaurants and cafes . Lovely swimming pool with towels, and sun beds to relax on.
Owners very helpful, giving us helpful advice from where to go to eat, what to do in Cape Town and where not to go.
Choice of food for breakfast including cooked. All delicious!
All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We wouldnt hesitate to stay at Villa Lutzi again.
