Villa Rita

Villa Rita is home in the centre of the small Istrian village of Jur?ici, about 10 minutes drive from the old town of Vodnjan.

The property is furnished in a traditional style and hosts a collection of unique features. These include original oak beams and a stone fireplace, that give it a very special atmosphere.

On arrival one enters into the spacious living room which has a sitting area, kitchen, dining area and separate toilet. Steps from the living room lead to the first floor which has a en-suite double bedroom, a second double bedroom and a third bedroom with two single beds and bathroom.

In the garden there is a charming braai area, ideal for outdoor meals, and a large swimming pool that is dotted with a few shady Mediterranean trees.
