VnA Guesthouse is centrally located in Newcastle which is the largest town in northern KwaZulu-Natal and shares its name with a further 27 sister Newcastles worldwide. It is awash with history and some fairly original ways to spend one's time.

We have a total of 10 rooms comprising seven Double Rooms and three Family Rooms. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning and TVs. Guests can enjoy a tranquil, peaceful and relaxing environment set within a beautiful garden with a lovely lapa and swimming pool, and there is secure under-cover parking.

Chelmsford Nature Reserve offers a wonderful variety of fishing, wild game and birdwatching opportunities. Guests can also enjoy water sports on the dam just outside of Newcastle.

What a wonderful experience! We arrived late and the staff waited for us. We were given friendly and helpful advice with regards to local restaurants and shopping. Staff were warm, welcoming, professional and friendly!

It is a very nice place located nearby to Newcastle Mall. The hosts of the guesthouse are very friendly and customise services just for the guests. We arrived very late at the guesthouse but they still waited very patiently for us and even took extra effort to help us prepare our room.

Certainly NOT what it appears 'online' - run down and very much over-priced for what you get - very disappointing !
