Walking Tall Private Bush Retreat is situated 300 m from the Crocodile River in Marloth Park and next to the Kruger National Park.

This three-bedroom house offers two en-suite bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is 24-hour response and you will feel spoilt in this remote retreat with its modern African finishes and lovely views. Have a barbecue in the boma while enjoying the luxury of a seven-seater Jacuzzi and watch wild animals such as giraffe, zebra, kudu, warthog, impala, baboons and more than 100 bird species drink at the waterhole located just 10 m from the house.

The park offers two supermarkets, two public swimming pools, a petrol station, a laundromat, numerous restaurants and game drives in its own nature conservancy containing lions and buffalo. Walking Tall is located 15km from the Kruger National Park's Crocodile Bridge Gate and 90 km away from Maputo and the famous Panorama route.

We loved our stay. Thank you so much. We are definitely coming again, hopefully for longer, after my baby is born, he can experience the wild life at such a young age. I loved everything about the place. Thank you for a great stay and for looking after us all.

Walking Tall - Marloth Park by

What a fantastic holiday. The house was stunning. We arrived in the late afternoon at the house, to be greeted by 3 Zebra's. They where right in front of the door, and at one point I thought that we where sleeping in the car for the evening, but they soon left and did some inspection around the vehicle, then off they went to the waterhole right in front of the house. The rest of the holiday was thoroughly enjoyed, in and out of the Kruger Park. The evening's at the house brought with them the sounds of Lion roaring, which sounded like they were just outside our door (thankfully not), as well as the calm and tranquil sounds of the African bush and wildlife. A big thank you to Jacque who ensured that all our needs were met and that we had a most enjoyably stay. We would definitely recommend Walking Tall to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Super close to Kruger with great views by

The house was very well equipped and comfortable. We didn't wish for a single item! It is very close and convenient to the Crocodile Bridge gate into Kruger. We would definitely stay again and will recommend to our friends.

Nice place but not very clean by

A comfortable stay in a relaxed and private environment. They can definitely improve on the cleanliness, especially kitchen utensils and appliances that were filthy dirty. We also had to wipe down the couches as they were grimy. Besides that it is a lovely place with everything you need.

The setting is perfect as the house looks out onto unspoilt bush and other buildings are situated behind it. It is a comfortable home with a great out doors area and we'll placed for easy access to Kruger.

Waking up to the sounds of the bush by

We loved the daily visits we received from the local game. The house was comfortable , clean and well equipped. A lovely bush experience was had by all.
